All products that are defective or do not conform to the customer's order can be returned to MIZE within 3 days of receipt at no cost to the customer.
You have up to 20 days to return your glasses if they do not fit. You can get your money back if the following criteria are met: the glasses must be returned to us in their original packaging, in perfect condition for resale (undamaged, unused, damaged or soiled) accompanied by all possible accessories, stickers and instructions. In this case, the return costs are at your charge.
